- A Group Inquiry Form submission does not guarantee packages for your group.
- We can help streamline the booking process for large groups, but package pricing will not change. Please review the pricing grids on the Packages page.
- We recommend submitting a group booking request prior to purchasing packages directly from the event site, but please do not rely on your request to secure your 2025 packages as this is not a way to secure packages prior to the pre-sale or on-sale. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your request and review available options.
- We will do our best to ensure your group's rooms are in close proximity to each other, however, we can not guarantee a block of rooms directly next to one another.
As responsible stewards of our home in Mexico, we’ve set ambitious targets to reduce this event’s carbon footprint year over year while giving back to the local community via varying donations, grants and impact funding. This includes:
- Carbon mitigation and offset contributions via our partnership with Fandiem
- A single-use plastic-free concert area. Compostable plates, cups, cutlery and napkins will be utilized for food & beverages.
- Water Refill stations will be made available in an effort to further eliminate the need for traditional plastic water bottles.
