The only way to attend Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend is by purchasing one of the all-inclusive packages on this site. Individual concert tickets will not be available. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. It is recommended that you explore the option of purchasing Travel Insurance.

All packages include:

• 4, 5, or 6 All-Inclusive Nights at Barceló Maya Resort or the Hilton Tulum 
  
  • All 4-Night packages check in on Thursday, January 14th
  • All 5-Night packages check in on Wednesday, January 13th OR Thursday, January 14th
  • All 6-Night packages check in on Wednesday, January 13th
• Access Pool Stage performances, Main Stage performances, and curated activities all weekend long.
  
  • Please note: Main Stage performances will begin on January 14th, 2027, and Pool Stage performances will begin on January 15th, 2027
• Airport transportation to and from the resort in exclusive event shuttles

Families are welcome at Girls Just Wanna Weekend! Here’s what you need to know: 

• Barceló:
  
  • Infants (0–3): Free of charge
  • Minors (4–17): $100 per night, per minor
• Hilton Tulum:
  
  • All Minors (0-17): Standard adult pricing applies to all guests, including infants.
    

Minors can only be added after you complete your booking. Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive access to your Guest Dashboard, where you can add infants and/or minors (17 and under) to your reservation, availability permitting.

While Girls Just Wanna Weekend welcomes guests of all ages, please note that some packages have age restrictions:

• Riviera and Run Of House packages are adults only.
• Swim-up packages in Beach and Caribe have a minimum age requirement. Families must have children who are at least 8 years old at the time of the event in order to book this room type. If traveling with younger guests, we kindly ask that you choose a different package. (This restriction does not apply to Riviera swim-up packages, as minors (17 and under) are not allowed in this section.)

Before booking, we recommend taking a quick look at the occupancy grid to choose the package that best fits your family.

A birth certificate or government-issued I.D. is required at check-in. Minors will not receive a Welcome Gift.

All lead guests will receive login details for their personal event Guest Dashboard within 3-5 business days after purchase. This is where lead guests can review package information, add children packages to their order, submit additional guest and flight details, as well as place proximity and hotel requests. Selected add-ons will also be available via the Guest Dashboard!

‍Please note: The name of the lead guest is submitted during the purchase process and cannot be changed. All additional guest names must be submitted within the Guest Dashboard by Wednesday, December 16th, 2026 to avoid fees. See FAQs and Terms & Conditions for details.

Travel Insurance is recommended for your Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend trip. We’ve partnered with Wanderwell to offer guests an affordable solution. Travel insurance will be available to add on to your package during and after the purchase process. Wanderwell is a Certified B-Corp and 1% for the Planet member. A portion of the travel insurance sales for this event will benefit The Looking Out Foundation.

Girls Just Wanna Weekend is committed to providing an inclusive experience for guests of all abilities. We encourage you to make any requests as far in advance as possible to enhance our ability to evaluate and fulfill the request. The Guest Dashboard will be delivered within 3-5 business days of purchase and will also have a section to submit accessible requests so please stay tuned for your Guest Dashboard welcome email. Please note: Wheel-chair accessible rooms are not available at Hilton Tulum. Service animals are permitted at Hilton Tulum, but not permitted at Barceló Maya resort.

An accessible viewing area will be available at the Main Stage concert area. The accessible viewing platform is intended for patrons with disabilities and one companion. An accessible wristband is required to access the platform and can be picked up on-site. The platform is first come/first served and saving seats will not be permitted. 

If you use assistive technology (such as a Braille reader, a screen reader, or TTY) and the format of any material on this site interferes with your ability to access information, please contact Guest Services. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the preferred format in which to receive the material, the web address of the requested material, and your contact information.

PURCHASE & CANCELLATION

• All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend is rain or shine or partly cloudy. No returns, exchanges, transfers or cancellations. It is recommended that you consider purchasing travel insurance from a third party. Everyone and all items are subject to search upon entry and at any time inside the venue.
• The only way to attend Brandi Carlile’s Girls Just Wanna Weekend is by purchasing one of the packages on this site. Individual concert tickets will not be available. 
• Any changes you request after your purchase is complete, to the extent permitted in our sole discretion, shall result in additional costs. If you purchase a package as a gift and submit the incorrect lead guest name, you must notify Guest Services within 48 hours of your purchase. 
• All additional guest names for each package must be submitted within the Guest Dashboard by Wednesday, December 16th, 2026. After this date, there will be a $100 fee to add or change an additional guest name to your package for check-in. If an additional guest arrives at the resort and has not been registered in the Guest Dashboard, they will not be able to check in until this fee has been paid.
• Event dates, times, performers, as well as hotel information and amenities, are subject to change. Please make sure you understand the event’s Purchase Policy.

AGE LIMIT

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase an event package.

Please reference the list below for prohibited and acceptable items within the venue. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry. We ask that you respect the resort and your fellow fans – if you violate any of these guidelines, we have the right to refuse entry or remove you from the event without refund.
